Sludge graded pyrolysis and gasification technology is based on circulating fluidized bed technology as the core, which combines high-temperature hydrogen rapid pyrolysis of sludge, gas-phase tar and oil and gas hydrogen cracking, semi-coke gasification coupling, supporting high-efficiency separation and return system, gas waste heat recovery and purification system, etc., to produce high calorific value clean gas, by-product slag can be used as building materials or cement raw materials to avoid the secondary pollution of traditional sludge treatment, and at the same time adapt to technical difficulties such as high water content of raw materials and large differences in specific gravity.
Application cases

1. One equipment has three parts: circulating fluidized bed, entrained bed and riser at the same time, which realizes the graded pyrolysis and gasification of sludge.
